We love a recipe that’s been passed from generation to generation – well-loved family favorites that are pure comfort food. We tried and tested this Aloo Gosht recipe ourselves, but will have to give it another attempt – I added the split chills towards the beginning of cooking and ended up with a very spicy dish.
