After the launch of Hilton’s own pop-up brand ‘OTB’ (Out The Box) in February with OTB burgers, Hilton’s seven hotels in Qatar will add the Hawaiian four ‘OTB Poke Bowl’ dishes to their menus in selected restaurants, in-room dining, and delivery.
From 12 July – mid October, Hitlon Qatar offer four flavour-packed takes on the OTB poke bowl. The new Poke Bowl options, which range in price from QR69-79, include the Buckaroo Bowl featuring crispy beef, the vegan- friendly Loco Coco Bowl with coconut tofu, the gluten-free Monkey Nut Bowl with chicken satay and tofu, and the Get Hooked Bowl with salmon and miso tuna. “All bowls are made daily to order from fresh ingredients and are packed full of protein, flavour, and positive energy,” a press statement noted.
The Poke Bowl menu also includes OTB poke sides such as crispy beef, marinated soy ginger salmon, miso tuna, chicken satay, crispy coconut tofu, and tempura prawns individually priced from QR20-25. Diners can also opt to create a combo meal by adding a beverage (White Wine or San Pellegrino) of their choice to their bowl for a grand total of QR89.
