Scheduled to open its doors mid-January, STK Steakhouse Doha will be located on the top floor of the city’s newly renovated Ritz-Carlton Hotel, overlooking the Arabian Gulf and featuring exceptional city views.
Originally from New York City, STK offers a modern and upscale twist on the American steakhouse concept, with culinary excellence, a modern ambiance and chic décor all blended into one. With a pulsating atmosphere generated through a series of programmed entertainment, live acts and guest DJs, the trendy upbeat steakhouse located on the highest floor of the hotel is set to become the ultimate dining and nightlife destination in Qatar.
Fusing an industrial-chic warehouse aesthetic with refined design elements; STK steakhouse Doha offers a variety of seating options to cater for all; a lounge with a white marble bar, a dedicated dining area with dark-wood flooring with large banquette and booth seating. The most unique feature will be STK’s iconic wall that will have an array of ceramic longhorns laid out.
Foodies can expect the finest prime cuts with a twist of 28-day custom-aged USDA beef with prime selections, chosen for its superior tenderness, juiciness, flavor and fine texture. Each of the mouth-watering cuts available is derived from younger beef to produce the highest degree of marbling, with options including New York Strip, Tomahawk, and the classic Fillet. For those looking for a lighter option, the menu will offer a range of fresh market salads and the restaurant will also have a selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Rounding off the menu is an array of scrumptious desserts based on popular classics and local delicacies as well as the extensive drinks menu curated by award-winning mixologists.
