Hilton’s OTB Burgers is launching in Qatar

Hilton Hotels has announced that its exclusive pop-up OTB Burgers brand – which features four burgers – will be available at all six Hilton properties in Qatar starting February 21.

OTB, which stands for Out The Box, will be available at the Hilton Doha The Pearl Hotel & Residences, Hilton Doha, Doubletree by Hilton Al Sadd, Doubletree by Hilton Old Town, Aleph Residences Curio Collection by Hilton, and Al Rayyan Hotel Curio Collection by Hilton.

Diners can tuck into a selection of four unique burgers: The Kim Chicken (QAR 75), The Steak Frites (QAR 75), The Butch Cassidy (QAR 75) and vegan burger The Carne Libre (QAR 79), “each delivering a kick of flavours with every bite”, according to a press statement. In addition to its “unique burger range, the OTB menu includes a mouth-watering selection of fun fries, as well as affordable combo meal upgrades”.

Etienne Gailliez, Country General Manager-Qatar, Hilton, said:

“I am super excited to see these craft burgers launch in Qatar and am confident our customers will love them. We know our customers are looking for taste, quality and value and we believe the OTB burgers hit the spot. My personal favourite OTB burger is the Kim chicken, a savoury mix of ‘perfectly cooked’ chicken and Asian kimchi flavoured sauce. “OTB’s craft burgers are aimed at meat and vegan lovers alike and deliver flavour sensations in every bite and we are confident that they will prove a big hit with diners in Qatar. And, to ensure we are aligned to Qatar’s focused environmental campaigns, all OTB burgers will be served in bio-degradable cartons.”

Hilton OTB burgers will be available for 3 months only at select Hilton restaurants in Qatar. The complete Hilton OTB Burger menu can be accessed
